For exterior cleaning they used a biodegradable liquids, so basically just washed it and let it dry and it should not leave any streaks (per the agent), some areas it dried with water residue still. We paid $570 ( 480 for the service + Tax+ tip+ windows screen washing) first when I got the quote they didn’t include the taxes in the quote and that was a surprise to me at the time of device. The house is single story house with a total of 12 windows ( few are oversized) but still too much for that, they didn’t hand wipe the extra water or do the corners of the windows. For 570 I expected more. I should have done more research, some companies offer much less expensive service with satisfaction guarantee too. Next year I’ll look for someone else.

Got a quote from Geek Window cleaning fairly quickly, and they came out the next day and did a great job on our 3 story townhome. It had been two years since we had our windows replaced and our windows were starting to look pretty gross - even the screens! They washed all (screens are a small amount extra) and now they look great! Highly recommend!

We had Geek Window Cleaning come out and perform a soft wash on our roof. It was covered in leaves and other debris which they removed safely. Then they washed it and was able to remove all of the black streaks that were all over it. Our roof looks brand new now! We are very impressed with the service and the way everything turned out!
